Order Processing Time and Delivery

Most orders are shipped on the following business day. During peak seasons or holidays, it may take up to 3-8 days. Any exceptions to this will be announced on our Facebook.

For wooden signs, as the complexity of the work process, the order takes 2 to 3 more business days to process.

All packages default to ship with standard shipping and typically arrive in 8-22 working days to most countries, but occasionally longer due to customs delays, and there may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country.

If you need your package by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to verify that if it can arrive in time. We want you receive your goods as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any special requests!

Shipping Methods

All packages are shipped via standard shipping from different warehouse around the world, usually with your local post offices. Expedited shipping is available on request right after purchase with extra shipping fee.

To avoid delay in shipment, we ship all packages via default standard shipping if no special request received before we ship it.


Import duties/taxes/fees probably applied by your country, please be aware of these potential fees; they are NOT INCLUDED in our shipping fees and they are buyer’s responsibility to clear the custom.

Different countries have their own customs policies, taxes and rules on the imported goods, it is advised that buyers to know the customs policies of your own country before your purchase to avoid any problems happened with this issue.

If, unfortunately, your package is detained by the customs of your country, the buyer is responsible for the clearance of the detained parcel and any fees incurred.



If the ordered products arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of your receipt with images of the damaged items. We are happy to replace the damaged items, or the concerned parts, whichever appropriate, at no cost.


As our items are tailored specific to order, we do not allow any return, cancellation nor request for refunds, except in the case of damaged goods. However, if there is a problem with your order, please kindly contact us as early as possible and be assured that we will rectify the issue with due care to make you satisfied with the order.
