If the ordered products arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of your receipt with images of the damaged items. We are happy to replace the damaged items, or the concerned parts, whichever appropriate, at no cost.


As our items are tailored specific to order, we do not allow any return, cancellation nor request for refunds, except in the case of damaged goods.
